Job Description: ADR - Account Development Representative,

Base salary of $50K to $60K with a variable of $15K to $25K uncapped.

The SDR will have both client-facing and internal responsibilities. From a client-facing perspective, the ADR will be a key contributor to the sales transformation process by generating sales leads, building compelling sales outreach “cadences” and messaging, and training client sales teams on these capabilities. In addition to these client-facing responsibilities, the ADR will execute the same tasks as mentioned above for internal CCG sales processes. The ideal candidate is competitive, energetic, passionate, and aggressive in their pursuit of excellence.


Responsibilities:
● Generate new leads in prospective accounts for CCG and its clients
● Work closely with client sales team
s to develop best-in-class sales outreach cadences and messaging
● Work with client sales teams to implement prospecting strategies, lead ADR training initiatives and 
develop client-specific playbooks to support future lead-generation needs
● Use 4 modes of communication with prospects: email, social media, phone, and video
● Summarize and analyze client outreach efforts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to ensure
KPIs are being met; adjust cadences/messaging as needed
● Work together with the outside sales team to push deals through the sales process, and help close
● Provide weekly updates and accurate forecasts to CCG leadership team


Required Experience:
● 1+ years of lead generation experience and a proven track record of meeting quota attainment and over-attainment are required
● Discipline to maintain weekly client contact and meeting scheduling quota
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
● Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
● Open-minded and a willingness to learn
● Competitive and focused on achieving goals
● Bachelor's
 degree from an accredited college or university
● Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Zoominfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha and other sales enablement platforms preferred

Job Description:

 Engagement Lead position

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple CCG engagements and work directly with the C-suite of our clients

  • Manage 3 to 5 engagements at once and make sure our clients and happy and referenceable

  • Help cross-sell and upsell products and services to our clients

  • Meeting with clients on a daily/weekly basis to ensure continuity and a close partnership

Required Experience:

  • College Degree is required from an accredited school

  • Knowledge of Sales and Sales Enablement Tools is a must (Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo.com, etc)
